Shar and Ian

What is with mosquitoes in the fall? I’m sorry but thats just plain wrong….these poor girlies were getting eaten alive! But besides those pesky guys swarming around us we had a beautiful, sunny evening. I love this family. They are pure gold. We’ve just started to get to know them this last year or so and feel so blessed to have met them and have them here in our city. They moved from the beautiful British Columbia to Manitoba. A few months after I met Shar, I had my little boy Nolan. With a toddler at home and a baby boy that was a horrible sleeper, I was quite the zombi. She sent me the sweetest email and said, “hey, let me come for a night to watch your babe so you can rest.” So this busy momma of 4 left her family for a night (Huge thanks to you Ian for letting her do this) and came and spent the night at my house. I barely knew her and she just came right on over and snuggled my baby boy so I could sleep. We had a few sweet little visits in the weeee hours of the morning while I nursed Nolan, then in the morning she headed home to make sure her girls got breakfast and off to school okay. Is that not incredible? Who does that? You Shar are such an amazing lady. I am so excited to have you in my life! Thank you for going out of your way to help me. Sweet as pie you are.

You guys have such a cool family. Your girls are so beautiful and I’m so glad I could spend the evening with you.
