It’s been a few years now since I last photographed these gorgeous faces. Peyton was only a wee little babe last time! She has grown up to be such a beautiful little girl. Love her smiles and spunk for life. Her big brother Ethan is so good with her and I just loved how they posed for me. We had to work fast to beat the rain…but in the end with these beautiful faces..how can you go wrong? You have a beautiful family Shauna Leigh. So nice to meet your newest addition!

Another little one came to visit me!! Mauve is one month old in these photos and such a little sweetie. She is going to grow up to be one creative little girl. Her mommy is an amazing artist with a ton of talent. If you ever need a painting done for your home…contact Jill! She is sooo good. I love the headband you wore Jill. It’s so you and added so much interest to the photos. Your little Mauve is just perfect. So fun to have her here and spend some time with your new little family.

Introducing Claire Elizabeth Rose. What a classy, timeless name…perfect for this little sweetie. Your mommy was sooo excited to find out she was having a little girl. You have been welcomed into an amazing home full of an abundance of love. What a perfect environment to grow up in. You are one blessed little girl…and cute to boot! Can’t wait to watch you grow.

This little 5 pounder is just a little peanut. The whole time I was taking her photos, I was amazed at how tiny and perfect she was. How is it even possible to be so small and to be so perfect? All her fingers and toes, nose, and eye lashes….everything created with such care and detail. Babies are such little miracles. It was so fun to have the whole family here for the session. I just love being around these beautiful people. You are all so down to earth, easy going and inspirational. Gemma loved having some friends to play with for a bit too. Sequoia has lots of happy people around to keep her company. There will never be a dull moment for this little one.

Jahna it was so nice to see you again and chat a bit in between clicking, kids and feedings!! Looking forward to watching this little one grow. Matt this was such a nice idea for Jahna’s birthday. Great job!! Loved having you all here.

I just love these next two photos…much more accurate to what life is really like, rather than everyone smiling and looking at the camera!

This handsome little man is one very blessed child. He has an amazing mommy and daddy who are sooo excited to love on him and watch him grow. William you did so well on your first little photo shoot. A few years back I had the opportunity to work with your mommy and I can tell you, she is one talented and smart lady. She was always teaching me about natural ways of doing things and how to be better stewards of what we have. I know she’ll teach you the same. She is a great teacher and very patient….so no need to worry. I’m sure there were numerous times when she had to tell me things over and over before I actually got it. Your mom and dad are an incredible example for you to follow. You are in very good hands.

I had so much fun doing your engagement session. You two are so adorable. I love all your giggles, smiles and the way you look at each other. I can honestly say..”Bobby, you’ve got yourself an amazing girl and Erin, you found a great catch!” Its a win win both ways!! You are just perfect for each other. You both are so carefree and just loving being engaged and excited about this next step in your relationship. I just love all the funny moments we had of Erin almost falling into the snow and then almost getting ran over by a snowmobile LOL. Such a memorable session. I wish you two all the best in planning your big day and cannot wait to be there to photograph it for you.

Happy Valentines Part 2!

brrrr…..inside here we come! We had all these great ideas for photos outside in the snow, but our models weren’t too pumped about them!!. Gotta keep them happy!! So we moved some furniture, brought out some cupcakes and the kids took care of the rest! Happy Valentines Day to everyone. Love is to be celebrated every day…not just today!

Myself and Alison from www.araedesign.com wanted to get together to have a little Valentines day fun! We got our little kiddo’s together, grabbed a couple cute outfits and headed out. Only….it didn’t last too long outdoors. Everyone was cold…so we packed everything up, after just a few minutes and headed back inside. BUT before we did…we got a couple of cute shots of the cuties enjoying a couple minutes of winter.

Alison added a little spice to this first one!

I can’t get enough of this adorable little outfit she put together for Joel. Such a little cute heart!

Gemma- One Year Old

It’s taken me forever to put this post up. Gemma is now 13 1/2 months old..but I just had to share her one year birthday shoot with you. We got all girly and had a fun photo shoot morning. My hubby thinks I”m a bit ridiculous sometimes with the amount of photos I take of her…but I can’t help it when I have a beautiful model right at my finger tips. She is a beauty through and through. I had no idea when I was expecting how in love I could be. It’s truly amazing. I made a sign in her room before she was born that reads, “so many of my smiles begin with you” When I made it, I thought it was a really cute saying….but had no clue how true it really was. She makes me smile SO many times a day and brings so much laughter to our home. Love her to pieces…can’t believe how quickly one year went by!

Nick and Liz

After Nick and Liz did their paint fight for their engagement session…I just knew that I’d love working with them for their wedding. Such a sweet, beautiful couple. I hope you had the day of your dreams…Liz I know you put a TON of work into planning it to make it just perfect. Everything looked beautiful and all the details were gorgeous. Academy Florist did a great job on the birch flower displays. Loved the tall standing ones….and the qualico center was such a beautiful venue for a reception. Watching the snow fall outside was such an nice backdrop to your head table. You rocked it out on your dances too.. Looks like all your hard work paid off! It’s been a privilege working with you two.
